Tonight I Dined: Wild Cow Vegetarian
I heard only rave reviews about Wild Cow so I decided to check it out while in Nashville. The menu had so many delicious looking options, I was going to get the french dip with portabella mushrooms and local seitan, but it was a chilly day, so the lentil stew bowl was calling my name. The stew was delicately seasoned so the veggies really shined. The cauliflower and carrots were perfectly tender and with each scoop I also got texture from the white quinoa and some kick butt garlic aioli. For dessert I had a mini sweet potato pie by Papi Healthy Pies...this is not pictured cause I couldn't wait and gobbled it up in one bite.
