Something I Tried: Kentucky Kombucha

On my travels along the kombucha trail, I found a locally brewed brand called Kentucky Kombucha in the natural foods market Rainbow Blossom. Their flavors offerings are simple: ginger, jasmine, lemongrass, and black with green. I got the black with green and I honestly loved that the kombucha flavor profile shined instead of being mixed with something fruity or herby. It was kombucha at its purest and it was absolutely delicious. I award this tea a 9 out of 10. It was awesome, but I'm reserving a 10/10 for something that defies description and just blows me away.
