Tonight I Dined: Little Eater

Located in North Market is a veggie stand called Little Eater. I ordered 3 scoops of the cold veggie salads...I would have liked a fourth but there were only 3 vegan salads on the menu. The tomato couscous salad was so fragrant and different from most couscous I have had (A+). The lentils had a standard good flavor but didn't blow me away. But the beets...I'm a sucker for beets so I loved these!! The food quality is great and the space is cute, but it is more veggie friendly than vegan friendly, so keep that in mind when you're in North Market!
