Something I Tried: Presto Kombucha

I took a visit to Indiana's only on-tap kombucha bar located in Nature's Pharm of Castleton. Here they are serving up locally made Presto Kombucha, out of the tap (my favorite!). You can order a tasting flight or regular 12 or 16 oz size. The awesome lady working at the counter let me try more than a few samples. All the flavors were so different (think espresso, cherry vanilla, pineapple jalapeno...) but one thing they all have in common is that the taste is light and fresh, and every flavor profile has a purpose. I ordered the apple jasmine and enjoyed sipping it while strolling along the shopping center.
