Tonight I Dined: Seeds and Greens Natural Market and Deli

Across the bridge from Louisville is a small town called New Albany, Indiana. Since I love natural grocers, I stopped by Seeds and Greens Natural Market and Deli and ordered a smoothie for the road. I got the Starburst smoothie that had bananas, berries, almond milk, ginger and turmeric. Wow! I loved the subtle ginger taste (usually ginger makes things really spicy...like my favorite chai or cold pressed juices). The market had a nice selection, and next time I stop in, I'll order some of their food!
