Tonight I Dined: Bagel Face Bakery

My last stop in Nashville was Bagel Face Bakery. Their website boasts the simplicity of this vegan bread, containing only flour, water, yeast, salt and malt. I ordered the veggie sandwich which came with either original or spicy hummus, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato. They also have vegan sausage and cheese options! The staff were really friendly and the sandwich so fresh and tasty, but I waited about 15 minutes for the bagel even though there wasn't many customers before me. So if you have time, go enjoy their delicious bagels with a cup of coffee and something to read. And if you don't have time in the morning before work, go on a weekend, it's worth it!
