Something I Tried: Booch Kombucha

My hunt for a locally brewed Nashville kombucha came to an end in a natural foods grocer called the Turnip Truck. I found the Booch brand...it's almost summertime, and I have fond memories of growing up picking peaches, and I love anything peach and so I went with the peach brew. The kombucha was of the sweeter, less fizzy variety. I'm more a fan of the kombucha that assaults my tastebuds with its effervescence and snap...but given that Booch is in the sweet category, I will judge it against other sweet teas I have had. The verdict: it's super delicious and I would definitely have it again!
