Austin import Tacodeli has finally landed in Houston! The restaurant is located on Wash Ave. in the same building as Platypus Brewing. So you can get your taco and have your beer too. As long as it's an afternoon beer because...

Tacodeli is open for breakfast and lunch until 3pm. The menu has a labelled vegan option, The Freakin' Vegan, which is refried beans, pico de gallo and avocado on your choice of corn or flour. They also have horchata (dairy-free), that is creamy and nicely spiced with cinnamon. The menu also has chips y salsa and guac.

Make sure you eat-in because the salsa bar is not to be missed! The salsas really pepped up my vegan taco, which took something good to great.
