Salt & Pepper Tofu

No recipe needed for this simple Salt & Pepper Tofu: just cook firm tofu until it's nice and crisp and sprinkle on salt and fresh cracked pepper. If you can, get fresh tofu from an Asian grocer...the shelf life is only a few days, whereas national brands will last months. This fresh tofu has so much more flavor and doesn't need any other seasoning besides salt & pepper. It is so worth it, and highly recommended for this dish.

I served my Salt & Pepper Tofu with kimchi and rice...sometimes the simplest food is the best food.
