Something I Tried: sweet & sara Smores Peanut Butter

This was such a delight, and I think this would be a favorite for marshmallow lovers and skeptics alike. The sweet&sara Peanut Butter Smores eats like a rice krispy treat but it's a giant smore (no campfire necessary!). The smore is light and airy, and it is way too easy to eat the whole thing! The layers of marshmallow, chocolate, peanut butter and graham are the perfect combination. Although, the graham is definitely the tastiest part, it melts in your mouth.

I picked mine up from the refrigerated section at Whole Foods. I don't think I've seen it at any other stores in Houston, but if you have a co-op of specialty foods store check there! I would definitely choose this Smore over a dense picece of cake for a nice light summer dessert.
