Something I Tried: Ben & Jerry's Coconut Sever Layer Bar 🍨

Ben & Jerry's introduced their 4 original non-dairy flavors over a year ago, but in February released 3 more! This makes me so happy because the expansion of the non-dairy (certified vegan) line can only be due the overwhelming positive response. The flavors appeal to vegans and non-vegans alike and I think that encourages more people to buy dairy-free options. I don't think anyone is saying, eww vegan to these, unless you're a monster 👾.

The three new flavors are: Caramel Almond Brittle, Cherry Garcia, and Coconut Seven Layer Bar. This review is for the bake-sale inspired flavor which has a coconut almond milk ice cream base, whole walnuts, caramel, chocolate chunks and a graham cracker swirl. Hands down the best part of this pint is the graham cracker swirl. There is no vegan ice cream on the market with this kind of taste or texture. It's complex and delicious. I love this!
