Something I Tried: Whole Foods Vermicelli Noodles

I love trying all the different prepared foods at different Whole Foods. Today I picked up a cold vegetable vermicelli bowl. This consisted of thin rice noodles topped with carrots, zucchini, lettuce, bean sprouts, lettuce, fried tofu, mint, and peanuts with a mildly spicy peanut sauce. This meal was really delicious, and I liked that the sauce came separate so I could control how much I wanted. The crunch of the raw veg, soft noodles, and creamy sauce was the perfect marriage of textures. The only negatives: more tofu (seriously, it's too good to only give me 4 pieces), and it was hard to eat/add dressing in the to-go container (I put it in a bowl and mixed in the sauce). This is great, and I'd get it again!
