Something I Tried: Sweet Earth Tuscan Savory Grounds
I've liked what I tried so far from Sweet Earth, so this time I went for their Tuscan Savory Grounds. I prepared these Shepherd's Pie style with baby bella mushrooms, white wine and peas, baked with a layer of mashed potatoes on top. Yaaas yaaas yaaas. I loved the seasonings (even though they are Italian, and this dish is Irish-ish, it worked so damn well), and I didn't have to add much for this to taste amazing. I like the flavor a lot more than general vegan crumbles that are bland (with a plastic-y taste sometimes, have y'all noticed that?). I would definitely get this again, and next time make a tomato "meat" sauce for pasta!
