Something I Tried: Pane Guttiau

These wafer thin Pane Guttiau (Sardinian Parchment Crackers) from Trader Joe's are amazing. They have just the right level of salt, and have a nice light olive oil flavor. I ate these on their own because they are that delicious (plus, they are so thin, they might not hold up to much in terms of dip!). I am not usually a fan of plain crackers, but these are really different, and my word these are good!
