Something I Tried: Seitanbacher Spinach Spaetzle
I bought a package of Seitenbacher vegan spinach spaetzle from my local grocer, HEB, some time ago. I wasn't all that familiar with how to prepare it and so it sat in my pantry for a while. When I recently purchased Tofurky Beer Brats, I knew that his could be the perfect side dish. I prepared them according to the package, and it was just like boiling pasta. Meanwhile, I fried up some mushrooms and lots of onion and added that to the cooked noodles with salt, fresh ground black pepper, and a generous pour of nutritional yeast.
