Something I Tried: Kite Hill Cream Cheese
My fave vegan cream cheese used to be Tofutti, but then I noticed there were 2g trans fat per serving! I stopped eating vegan cream cheese for a while...and they have since come out with a Non-Hydrogenated kind with no trans fat (so I'll have to try it again!). I heard so much hype about kite hill when it came out, and this absolutely did not disappoint (although it is mad pricey). I like that it is cultured almond milk, with not much else. This tastes awesomely like cream cheese without all the fats and additives!
