Tonight I Dined: Veggie Garden

Veggie Garden is all sorts of things. There are two locations in Barcelona and the all-vegan menu seems to be south Asian focused, but also has juices, smoothies, desserts, and dishes with flavors from all over the world. I went to the Dels Angels location and it was packed with people inside and on their outside patio.

I had heard such great things about their Thalis, so I went for it (the menu was so vast, I'm glad I had an idea of what I wanted before I came in, or else I could not have made a choice)! They have different size Thalis, and I think I got the smallest option. The flavor was just POW! Oh my goodness, what a treat. Everything on the plate contributed a unique profile of spices, although nothing had a really high heat level. The food was exceptional, and I also got a mango lassi to sip on. This was thick like a milkshake, and tasted like fresh, creamy mango. Their were a few crunchy bit from pistachios, which made this drink really unique.
