Tonight I Dined: Inversion Coffee

I walked over to Inversion Coffee on Montrose Blvd to grab a drink this weekend. To my happy face I saw a special: vegan punkin spiced latte with real pumpkin, spices (and your choice of nondairy milk). Of course I got this...almond milk style! The Starbucks PSL syrup is not vegan, and plus I like to support local businesses, so this is a real win! The vegan PSL tasted amazing, lightly sweet, creamy, with a nice depth of a flavor from the real pumpkin...but it doesn't quite feel right indulging in this in 85 degree weather and 70% humidity.
