Pasta Primavera

For a quick dinner I whipped up a fresh pasta primavera with spinach rotini, yellow squash, yellow bell peppers, garlic, grape tomatoes and parsley. I topped it with Garlicky Green Parma, one of my favorites condiments that is a deliciously savory mix of nooch, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, garlic and herbs. Yum, yum, yum...I'm looking forward to tomorrow and eating these leftovers!
