Something I Tried: Gardein Meatless Meatloaf

Up next in the Something I Tried series is Gardein Meatless Meatloaf. Each pack comes with 4 pieces of semicircular loaves and 2 packets of gravy. The preparation was easy, I chose the microwave method (but I flipped the loaves quite a few times to ensure even cooking...I hate when the edges dry out while the center is still frozen...I'm looking at you Boca vegan burgers). Yummy. The meatloaf taste exceed all of my expectations, and I had high standards because there is a restaurant here in Houston (Baba Yega) that makes a wonderful quinoa and bean meatloaf that is really the gold standard. As an aside, I have beef with them listing the nutrition facts without the gravy...um, I'm going to eat the damn gravy. Who ever took the no gravy option? Come on people!
