Tonight I Dined: Cali Sandwich

I finally got around to trying the Salt and Pepper Tofu at Cali Sandwich in Houston. This favorite dish among local vegans is bursting with flavor, all salty and spicy and oh so yum. While this was incredible, I would recommend not getting this dish to-go because the condensation on the container made the fried tofu a bit soggy. You'll definitely want to eat this right away and bring on the sriracha!
