Something I Tried: Soon Veggie Noodle Soup
I was in HEB and this package of Soon Veggie Noodle Soup caught my eye because it had the Vegan Society logo right on front. This is so convenient because with as many ingredients as these instant soups have, it's hard to determine their vegan-ness. It's awesome that quick foods like this are available and for cheap (99 cents).
It took about 5 minutes to prepare on the stove and then I topped mine with fresh green onion, sesame seeds, and sriracha. I loved the noodles...they had a good chewiness, and they absorbed the flavor of the broth really nicely. By the way, this serving was almost 4 oz, which is double the size of some of the other brands I have bought. More for me!!
