Tonight I Dined: V Spot

The V Spot in Brooklyn is a fantastic all vegan Latin cuisine restaurant. The flavors of everything I tried were mind blowing already...but then topping it with the house salsa leads to a whole other level. I need some of this flavor back home in Texas!

Bonus points: V Spot offers Vegan Treats desserts. I had the brownie cheesecake. Best believe I had to waddle out of the restaurant after all that veggie goodness.
