Tonight I Dined: Black Bean Co.

Black Bean Co. on King St. in Charleston is a restaurant that markets its cuisine as healthful energy food. There is plenty of room to dine-in and awesomely large windows for people watching, but it also seems to be very popular with active people grabbing takeout. There are plenty of vegan options on the menu including desserts. From the vegan section I ordered the Spinach Love wrap with tofu and a raspberry vinaigrette. It was super fresh and very tasty, but unless a wrap is really something special that I couldn't make at home, it won't blow me away. Black Bean Co. is a great option (especially when dining with omnis) for a reasonably priced healthy meal!
