Something I Tried: Inspired Brews Fermentary

I stopped by Inspired Brews in Old City Philly, a fermentary serving up housemade kombucha. I got the elderflower lemonade flavor and it was delightfully refreshing with a nice pop of effervescence and floral notes. Super yum on a warm summer day!
