Tonight I Dined: 3 Brothers Pizza Cafe

3 Brothers Pizza Cafe in Farmingdale, NY is an omni restaurant that has a whole separate vegan menu for eating in or takeout. For weekend brunch they are only serving up just vegan cuisine...with both breakfast items like crepes and tofu "crab" cake benedict and lunch fare. I ordered the parmesan hero which was filled with fried breaded tofu (the texture had a nice chew, probably from freezing the tofu...and was soo juicy), rich and super flavorful marinara sauce, and ooey gooey Daiya cheese served on a perfectly warm and crunchy roll. This is the sandwich of my authentic NY Italian vegan dreams.

So so right.
