Sinfull Bakery Pop Tart

While I was at the Farmer's Market this weekend I stopped by the Sinfull Bakery tent. I've reviewed their items before on the blog because I've been nomming on their products for years. Sinfull is not a storefront, they only sell at markets and at some local coffeehouses (for the cheapest vegan cinnamon buns the size of small child's head, go to the coffee shop at Rice University). This time around, I decided on the strawberry pop tart. OMG, this should not be called a Pop Tart...because Pop Tarts never tasted nearly this good. The light, flaky pastry with real strawberry filling and sweet glaze is heaven for my tastebuds. Hip Hip Hooray, this is outstanding, and since it's all-natural I don't have feel guilty for eating it, right? Luckily these don't come in a box like regular Pop Tarts because I would eat myself silly...
