Grilled Watermelon
I've been going crazy with my new cast iron grill pan. Sigh, why did I not buy one of these years ago?! I love the smoky flavor that grill char imparts, and this watermelon turned out savory and delicious. This is a must try twist on your favorite summer snack!
1. Cut watermelon into 3/4 inch thick slices and remove the rind.
2. Brush on olive oil on both sides.
3. Stick on a grill pan on medium for 2 to 3 minutes on a side or until grill marks form.
4. Add a light dusting of chili seasoning (I used Tajin http://www.tajin.com/)
