Happy Hanukkah 2016

It's the first night of Hanukkah and so I got my oil ready to make my famous vegan latkes. I switched up the recipe a bit and skipped the matzo meal, but they held up incredibly well still. I served them with homemade applesauce, Tofutti sour cream and chives. I also noshed on some tabouli, falafel, and pickles and sipped some white wine. I think I had my fill of fried food until next year! Luckily that is only a few days away...
