Something I Tried: Kite Hill Ricotta Cheesecake

I finally got my hands on this Kite Hill Ricotta cheesecake. It was dreamy, creamy, delightful and everything I want in a vegan cheesecake. I usually like a little fruit topping or chocolate swirls, but this plain flavor was so good, no adornment necessary. Apparently it is a Whole Foods exclusive....so make a run to your local WF cause you need to try this!
