Saffron Sausage Bowl

Tonight's meal is full of flavor with almost no effort. Set it and forget it: first prepare some jasmine rice according to your rice cooker instructions, but sub veggie broth for water and toss in 4-5 threads of saffron. In a large skillet sautee baby kale with EVOO, lemon, salt and pepper. And then sautee up some Field Roast Italian sausage until it is nice and brown. Deelish.
