Tonight I Dined: Jenni's Noodle House

Jenni's Noodle House has several locations around Houston and serves up delicious vermicelli salads, soups (including vegan pho!) and tofu or meat entrees. The menu clearly labels the vegan and veganizable dishes, which is always amazing. I had the ginger tofu with red onions and jalapeños with a side of cucumber seaweed salad...and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The items are slightly pricier than your average Asian restaurant, but it is so worth it!
