Tonight I Dined: Blossom Chelsea

Blossom restaurant has several locations throughout NYC (with some casual and some more upscale). I visited the one in Chelsea (near Chelsea market!). I really enjoyed my sandwich: the bread was chewy, the chipotle aioli was perfectly spicy and creamy, and the tofu fried wonderfully. My bf ate every bit of the melt-in-your-mouth North African inspired veg dish, as the waiter lifted the lid of the tagine an amazing aroma wafted out into the restaurant.
