The Smoothie Chronicles: It's a Celery Morning

This is the first in a series of smoothie recipes. In preparation for this riveting chronicling of my favorite beverages, there are a few things to note: I like drinking my greens, freeze your bananas (and have some other frozen fruits on hand, because I don't like adding ice), and..Vitamixes are awesome!

It's a Celery Morning
6 stalks celery 
2 navel oranges (peeled)
1/2 banana (frozen)
1 Fuji apple 
6 oz unsweetened coconut water

After giving them a rough chop, throw all ingredients in the blender and blend!


Voila!
