Something I Tried: Daiya Pepperjack
I've had many different Daiya cheeze products before, but I wanted to try something a little different to spice up my spinach quesadilla. I opted for the Daiya Pepperjack shreds for the job. This flavor is a little spicier than the cheddar, but no where near as tasty. The base flavor is more of a bad cheeze flavor than pleasant cheezi-ness.
