Something I Tried: Coconut Lime goodpop

I'm a creamy dessert kind of gal...meaning, I usually go for vegan ice creams over sorbets or popsicles. So when I found a creamy vegan popsicle by goodpop in Whole Foods I was down to try it! The company is based out of Austin and has both dairy and non-dairy product lines. This Coconut Lime flavor is tart and creamy, and has little bits of coconut shreds throughout the pop. It was refreshing without being overly sweet and I really think that this could become a new staple in my house! What could really take this pop over the top is if it was dipped in chocolate...thus the score: 8/10
