Something I Tried: Sinfull Bakery Vegan Pot Pie

I love homey veggie pot pie. It's so warm, filling, and is best enjoyed in a onesie or footed pajama on the couch. As much as I love pot pie, I love not having to cook it! I picked this baby up from the Eastside Farmer's market from the Sinfull Bakery stand. Just bake at home and voila!..under a flakey buttery crust is a gorgeous filling of all the veggies with a hint of nooch. This hefty pie is 3-4 servings...so you can enjoy it all weekend!
