Tonight I Dined: Zen Sushi

While in Dallas I also popped in to Zen Sushi in the Bishop Arts section of town. The neighborhood had a really cool vibe and they had a busy night flea market on the street that was closed to cars. Zen is a modern Japanese restaurant with a full menu and a separate menu for vegan items. I got the cajun edamame which was soooo spicy (bring on the water!) and a shitake roll which was very delicate and savory. The food was great, but it came out with long periods of time between so it made the meal a little piecewise. Next time I'll probably get take out!
