Tonight I Dined: Sprinkles Cupcakes

"V" is for vegan! Sprinkles is a high-end cupcake chain with a location in the Highland Village area of Houston. They have a huge rotating selection of cupcake flavors...but the vegan is always red velvet. Although this sounds disappointing, I assure you it will be one of the best cupcakes you ever had! The red velvet is a moist cake with very rich flavor topped with a sweet (just the right amount of sweetness too!) "cream cheese frosting".

Go get yourself one...or a dozen!
