White Sangria
This weekend I prepared a spread of snacks and drinks and had some friends over the house for White Linen Nights in Houston Heights. The dress code was white, so I decided to make a white sangria to avoid any potential spills with a dark wine. The night was a total success and this adult beverage oh so delicious!
White Sangria (serves 6-8)
2 bottles white wine (pinot grigio)
2 shots light rum
1/2 grapefruit
1 lemon
1 lime
1 peach
1/2 pineapple
1/2 C simple syrup
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher. Cover with lid or foil to make airtight. Let sit for at least 3 hours. Next day is even better if you can wait!
