Tonight I Dined: Simply Pho

Yay, I found yet another restaurant in H-Town that serves vegan pho! The last time I was in Midtown I made a beeline for Simply Pho. When I got there I wasn't hungry enough for a large bowl of pho (and the vegan version only comes in one size and it's huuuuge)...so I ordered the V10 Garlic Tofu (that comes with both a smaller portion size and smaller price). Yum. The tofu was so chewy and the sauce was packed with so much flavor, but not overly salty. The service was extremely friendly and fast even though the restaurant was very busy. I enjoyed this so much, I'll be back for the pho, so stay tuned!
