Breakfast Tacos (round dos)

Yet another taco post...Happy Sunday y'all.

Breakfast Taco II
1 can black beans (drained, rinsed)
1 ear corn (cut kernels from cob)
2 Tbsp salsa
10 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
2 tsp cayenne powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
coarse ground black pepper
6 corn tortillas
1 avocado
bean sprouts
hot sauce

1. In a skillet with EVOO cook tomatoes over medium heat for 6 minutes.
2. Add beans, corn and spices to skillet. Stirring frequently, cook for another 2 minutes. 
3. Add salsa and hot sauce.
4. In a separate skillet warm each side of the tortilla over lo-medium heat for about 45 seconds, or until golden brown. Be careful not to burn.
5. Add bean mixture to tortillas and garnish with avocado slice and sprouts.
