Spicy Salsa

I am a huge fan of chips and salsa, and the fresh restaurant style salsa is what my dreams are made of! After making this recipe it will be difficult to go back to the pre-bottled kind!! Enjoy with thin crispy cantina tortilla chips.


1 lb Campari tomatoes + 1 large on-the-vine tomatoes (seeded and diced)
1 can Original Rotel (drained)
1-2 jalapeƱo pepper (seeded and diced)
1-2 limes (juiced)
4-5 cloves garlic diced
1/2 yellow onion diced
cilantro (1/2 to 1 bunch)
1/3 tsp sugar
dash cumin
coarse sea salt

Instructions:
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until all large chunks are gone.
Fresh!


Wonderful and spicy.
