Rhode Island Roundup

This weekend was my first trip to Rhode Island ever--and I made sure to sample all the good vegan eats the city has to offer. I'll definitely be back later this summer when they open the all-vegan food hall, Plant City. Scroll down to see what I ate (every place was vegan, except for PVDonuts)!

ByChloe: Whiskey BBQ burger (with portobellos, seitan, grilled pineapple, onion marmalade, kale, and bourbon BBQ sauce on a potato bun) and mac n cheese (with shitake bacon and almond parmesan)
