Tonight I Dined: Noodles and More

Noodles and More in Rice Village has really great vegan pho. The broth is unbelievably tasty and it is chock full of fresh veggies and fried tofu. There is also a toppings bar where you can customize your bowl with mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, hot sauce and more. The portion is huge and the price is right...I will definitely be back!
