Something I Tried: Cashew Milk Ice Cream

Salted caramel cluster cashew milk ice cream...hands down the best vegan ice cream I have ever had. I'm a huge fan of soy ice cream, and I also love coconut milk ice cream, but I find that this imparts coconut flavor despite the kind of ice cream it is! The cashew base has a solid natural flavor that lets the add-ins shine and has a perfect consistency to make a wonderful cup or cone of frozen delight!
