Margarita Sunday

In celebration on National Margarita day this past Sunday (Feb. 22) my bf made a Mexican inspired dish of black bean & shoshito pepper crunchy tacos with tomatillo salsa and tomatoes and cilantro butter roasted corn. Mmmm.
