Something I Tried: Raw Protein Vanilla Chai Shake

I have a sample of a raw protein powder in my pantry that I finally got around to try. The instructions suggest to mix the powder with water or non-dairy milk, but I wanted a slightly more luscious shake. Bring on the potassium with the combination of coconut water and banana! This is so refreshing, with the spiced flavor I am ready for fall even though it is still in the mid 90s in TX!

Ingredients
1 very ripe banana
1 package Garden of Life RAW protein (vanilla chai flavor)*
non-dairy milk
coconut water

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. My blender is out of commission so I used an immersion blender in a large plastic smoothie tumbler and it worked perfectly :)
