Happy Easter and חג שמח

I have a lot to be thankful for this holiday weekend. I was injured earlier this week and I am so glad to have so much help from my loved ones. My sisters sent me care packages, and I was ecstatic to find the dark chocolate Lindt bunnies that I have been looking for since last year. This may be my first edible Easter bunny in years and I anxiously waited for this morning to bite their little ears off. It was delicious, rich chocolate that is somehow tastier in hollow cute animal form. It was everything I wanted it to be! 

I had planned to cook a seder dinner for Passover, but it seems I won't be able to cook for some time (so be on the lookout for more guest posts and product reviews than original recipes). Luckily, my sister sent me some matzoh that I can nosh on while binging Netflix.
