Easy Awesome Pizza
I'll keep this post short because pizza is one of the easiest things to make. But I just had to share this recipe because I found the perfect combination of toppings! Tofurkey sausage is a-maze-ing :)
Ingredients
1 small onion coarsely chopped
1/3 green bell peper cut into bite-size strips
1 link of Tofurkey Italian sausage, cut into bite-size rounds
1/4 package frozen spinach, thawed
1 package pizza dough
pizza sauce or marinara sauce
oregano
ground black pepper
fresh garlic or garlic powder
Directions
1. Stretch pizza dough onto baking stone or lightly oiled baking sheet
2. Add thin layer of sauce
3. Add all toppings. Add black pepper, oregano, garlic to taste
4. Bake in oven at 375F until crust is crispy (about 15 minutes)
